Peanut butter bars

Instructions:

  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 2 cups of graham crackers crumbs
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 cups Dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  • Mix the graham crackers into a fine powder.
  • Melt the butter and the 1 1/2 cups of eQuia's Keto peanut butter
  • Add the mixture to the graham crackers, confectioners’ sugar, salt and mix well.
  • Line a pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the top layer.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons of eQuia's Keto peanut butter in the microwave. Stir occasionally until smooth.
  • Spread the melted chocolate over the prepared crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
